Queensland Property Finance will guide you through the entire process of property purchasing, from initial enquiry to find out how much you can borrow and to find the loan that perfectly suits your needs, and then to application and right through the entire process until settlement, and beyond.

Getting started
We will make the whole process as simple for you as possible.  We will let you know all the necessary documentation that you require for us to complete our initial assessment.

How much can I borrow?
During our initial appointment we will be able to work out how much you can borrow.  This is a very important part of the process, because all lenders have their own method for calculating how much you can borrow and this can vary considerably from one lender to the next.  To get an idea of how much you can borrow click on the link to try one of our calculators.

Getting the loan that perfectly suits you
We will also discuss with you all of your concerns to find out what's important to you and this will help to determine which loan would best suit your needs.  We can even organise you a `pre-purchase approval' so that you have the peace of mind knowing that you are an acceptable borrower to your chosen lender.

We will work out all the government fees and charges, complete the application forms, help to arrange the First Home Owners Grant (if applicable) and package your application in the way the bank likes to see it, to give you the best possible chance of approval.  

We will keep in regular contact with you throughout the entire process to ensure you are fully informed every step of the way.

Choosing a solicitor
Once you have your finance you will need to arrange a solicitor, if you have not already arranged one.


Buying the house
Once you've found the property you want to buy and have signed the contract, subject to finance, we can then arrange for `formal approval' of your loan and you can then enter into an unconditional contract to purchase the property.  We will regularly refer to you, your solicitor, and the bank throughout this process to ensure it goes as smoothly as possible right through to settlement day.
