In being so young, Josh and I had anticipated a major battle to find a mortgage broker who would take us seriously and help us achieve our dream of buying our first home. Adam has been exceptional in every way possible throughout the process and made the world of borrowing extremely easy to comprehend. So when we decided to purchase an investment property we did not think twice about whom to go to. We love you Adam!!

I would like to extend my appreciation to Jim Brodie for the outstanding services he has provided me other the past 7 months. Jim has previously provided broking services to a family member who was also impressed with his work.
I approached Jim about September 2007 after he was recommended to me by a property agent in Caloundra. I was hoping to buy a property in Brisbane and it was not practical for me to arrange the finance myself as I live in Singapore.
Although I have previously bought in 3 different countries including
Australia, the purchase of this property has been the most difficult by
far. There have been numerous problems including misleading and
delayed advice from lawyers, contractual issues, vendors who agreed to
a price then changed their mind, property prices which far exceeded
their valuation and two potential property purchases which subsequently
fell through
Without Jim’s assistance I would have withdrawn from this process a
long time ago. Jim didn’t just arrange finance, but also provided
assistance in many other ways including: a. Obtaining a discounted rate on two of my mortgages;
b. Arranging for deposit bonds;
c. Continually liaising with various bank staff in relation to the mortgage application, valuations, offset accounts etc; and
d. Liaising with real estate agents on my behalf
I would recommend Jim to any person requiring finance. He is
probably one of the most helpful and positive facilitators I have ever
dealt with.
